Parcelforce Worldwide & Royal Mail: Giving you more ways to send

Two trusted brands, one delivery network
From 11th August 2025, Parcelforce Worldwide and Royal Mail will move to a new single delivery network.
This will allow us to handle all parcel sizes more effectively and bring more efficient collection, processing and delivery of your parcels.
The Parcelforce brand is staying put, but we'll now operate using a single set of products and services which brings together the strengths of both networks.
Send an item: A new way to access our delivery services
Sending parcels online with us has changed. You can now access both Parcelforce delivery services to get your items where they need to be using our new Send an item platform platform on the Royal Mail website.
Simply click ‘Send an item’ and you’ll be redirected to the Royal Mail website to browse all our delivery services including next day parcel delivery, services for larger items and a range of options for overseas delivery.

We’ve simplified our offering to give you more options and value for your UK deliveries. Guaranteed next-day and timed delivery services will still be a priority, ensuring your parcels arrive exactly when needed.

New ways to track and manage your deliveries
What you need to know
If you want to send an item now, you can do so by visiting our Send an item platform on the Royal Mail website here: https://send.royalmail.com/
From here, you’ll be able to browse both Parcelforce and Royal Mail delivery services, send your items to anywhere in the UK or overseas and even arrange collections for your parcels too.
Our old Parcelforce send platform has now been retired so please be aware that Send an item on the Royal Mail website is the new destination for sending your items.
Both Parcelforce and Royal Mail deliveries can now be managed more efficiently on the Royal Mail website. See below for more information on the new online destinations to track your items, arrange redeliveries and find your nearest Parcelforce depot:
