Arrange a parcel collection or drop off your items with Parcelforce and Royal Mail delivery services

You can now arrange collections on the Royal Mail website as well as use the Royal Mail Services Near You tool to find your nearest Parcelforce depot or Post Office. Simply click ‘Book a collection’ or ‘Drop-off near you’ and you’ll be redirected to the Royal Mail website to begin.
Take the effort out of sending parcels with us
With our parcel collection services we can take the hassle out of delivering an item and pick up your parcels from your home, safeplace or work.
If you’d prefer to drop off an item yourself, you can choose from a local Post Office or our local Parcelforce Worldwide depots.
Arrange a collection with Parcel Collect
Parcelforce Worldwide customers can now access Parcel Collect with Royal Mail. This service offers you doorstep, nominated safeplace or workplace collection, so you can make deliveries even easier.
Parcel Collect is more eco-friendly too. Our posties collect items at the same time as they deliver in a single, more sustainable visit.

Plenty of ways to drop-off your parcels
You can drop off your parcels or pre-paid returns at one of our Parcelforce Worldwide depots or at any UK Post Office branch.
Simply choose either of those options when sending an item online with us or use the Royal Mail Services Near You tool to find your nearest Parcelforce drop off location.

Arranging a collection or dropping off your parcels with Parcelforce and Royal Mail
You can book a collection for your parcel online using our new Parcelforce and Royal Mail Click and Drop Service. Simply opt for parcel collection when arranging your delivery.

Collections are usually made between 7:00am and 5:30pm Monday to Friday, depending on the core service selected (express10, AM, 24 and 48).

You can arrange to leave your parcel(s) in your nominated Safeplace for collection.*
*If you are opting to use the Bring My label service, your postie can only bring one pre-printed postage label if the collection is from your Safeplace.
Yes, there is a limit to the number of items you can have collected with Parcel Collect. The maximum permitted items is 25, however, we recommend if you are sending more than 20 parcels a week, please speak with us about a Business account.
Sometimes, despite our best efforts, service may be disrupted and we may need to suspend Parcel Collect in certain areas. If this is the case, you will be presented with a message to let you know we’re unable to book collections for your postcode at the moment. Please check our Service Updates for the latest information.
It’s easy to find your local Parcelforce drop-off point.
- Go to the Royal Mail ‘Service Near You’ page
- Enter your postcode or use your current location
- When the results page shows up, toggle from ‘Postbox’ to ‘Parcelshop/Delivery Office’ or ‘Parcelforce Depot’
- Your local drop off location will show up with a red ‘shop’ icon or Parcelforce Depot icon
Yes. All Post Offices accept parcel drop-offs and returns of all Parcelforce and Royal Mail items, as well as selling our postage services. Other services offered vary by branch.
