If you need to return an item, there are a number of ways to send them back to their original seller using Parcelforce and Royal Mail services.
Returning parcels just got easier
If you don't fancy leaving home to send your return, no problem - we'll pick up your parcel from your doorstep. Take the effort out of sending parcels and book a returns collection with us, using our Parcel Collect service.
It's totally free, we can bring any labels that you need if you don't have a printer at home. Plus, if you're making multiple returns, they can all be part of the same collection.

How to return your parcel
If you need to return an item there are a few options. You may have been supplied with a label from your sender, this can be applied straight on to your parcel. If you have not been given a returns label you can send an item through our click and drop service. You have the choice to have your parcel collected from your home or work address through our Parcel Collect service or you can drop it off at your local Parcelforce depot or Post Office.
Customers who book our delivery services online can choose from a wide range of collection and drop-off options. We can collect your parcel directly from your doorstep, or, if you’d prefer, you can drop it off at a Post Office® branch or one of our depots, located across the UK.
