How can I track my parcel?

The simplest and quickest way to do this is online using track and trace.

If you are expecting to receive a parcel, please contact the sender of the parcel for the tracking number. We are unable to track your parcel without the tracking number.

 

Where is my parcel?

Our tracking system will be able to tell you where your parcel is on its journey, all you need is the tracking number. If you need any more help, then please contact us.

 

Can I track all Parcelforce Worldwide services?

All Parcelforce Worldwide UK services can be tracked, as can most of the international services.

 

How to Find Your Tracking Number

Parcelforce Online Booking:

If you have booked your item online via www.parcelforce.com or www.royalmail.com then you will receive an email notification. Within this notification will be your tracking number.

Ordered Something Online? 

The retailer could have provided you with the tracking number in your order. Check on the order confirmation email- it's usually on there. If not just reach out to them and ask. 

 

Delivery in progress 

As soon as a parcel enters our network it will get a tracking scan and the status to appear on the website will be ‘In progress’. This status will change to ‘Delivered’ once delivered.  

 

Tracking result - delivered 

The driver would record your parcel as Delivered. Dependant on the service provided this could also include a copy of the persons name who signed for the item. If you weren’t home we will have left a “something for you” card with details of the delivery. In the event there are any issues please contact us on 03457 740 740

 

Different country 

It is normal practice for parcels going to certain countries to be transported through intermediate countries. So that you can see the full progress and know that your parcel is secure, we track your parcel through each of these transit countries.
